Wow, it is hard to believe summer is over! The kids are naturally excited and nervous about their first day at a new school.
Jimi is going into his first year of middle school! I can’t believe my baby is in 6th grade already. He is so independent, he didn’t want us to stand at the bus stop with him. He said he loved it and had a great first day!
Megan, 5th grade, and Benny, 2nd grade, welcomed me at the bus stop. They were so excited to make new friends at school. They are my social butterflies. Both came home super excited about school and couldn’t wait to go back!
Joey needed to be in on the pictures too, even though he has been going to preschool since the 1st week in July. As has been the case for the last two weeks, he ended up coming home sick. I took him to urgent care on Saturday, he has strep throat.
Thank goodness we got him on meds, he is feeling so much better now. Praying no one else gets it!!
