Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of artisan bread sliced
- Fresh Mozzarella cheese sliced
- Thick cut bacon
- Thick cut turkey breast
- Butter
- Avacado
Directions:
- Cook the bacon to desired crispiness. ( I prefer to cook mine in the oven).
- Slice bread, avacado and mozzarella.
- Warm up a frying pan.
- Butter the bread and lay buttered side of bread face down into the pan.
- Put cheese, cooked bacon, turkey, avacado on top of the bread and top with another slice of bread with the buttered side facing up.
- When the bread facing the pan starts to turn golden brown flip the sandwich to the other side.
- When the second side turns golden brown remove from the pan.
Just a little tip, if the bread is golden brown and the cheese is not melting, you have the pan too hot.
